ALEXIS HUDSON, RN, OWNER

Alexis Hudson, RN, and Owner, is our nurse injector with over 20 years experience in nursing. She has focused the last 12 years of her career strictly to the plastic surgery/cosmetic industry. Originally from the Carolinas, she moved to Las Vegas, NV where she opened several medical spas and had the privilege of working with the world renowned plastic surgeon Goesel Anson, MD and Terrance Higgins, MD. Certified with several of the injectable companies as well as laser companies, Alexis' passion has always been on the injectables. She offers all FDA Approved Botox's and Fillers and stays abreast of the ever changing cosmetic industry. Alexis is also a certified inspector for AAAASF for Medicare, RHC, and Surgery Centers. Alexis Hudson completed the 2016 Leadership Grand Strand program sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

KRISTIN B RICHARDSON, PA-C

Kristin is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She is a 2010 graduate from South University in Savannah, GA with a Master’s degree in Science and Physician Assistant studies. She previously obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina in 2006.

Her focus is not limited to Hormone Replacement Therapy, but also injectables and nutritional medicine.

Kristin is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

MICAH, AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Micah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience, specializing in various areas of healthcare. However, her true passion has always been in aesthetic medicine, where she can help clients look and feel their best. A native of Myrtle Beach, SC, Micah began her journey toward aesthetics by pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, graduating in 2023 with a focus on advanced practice nursing.

With her diverse medical background, Micah brings a unique and skilled perspective to her work in aesthetic wellness. As a dedicated member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she stays current with the latest advancements in the field.

At Taylor Wellness, Micah will focus on providing neurotoxin and injectable treatments, using her expertise to achieve natural, beautiful results for her clients. When she’s not in the office, you can find her enjoying time with her two dogs, Boujee and JoJo, traveling, or relaxing on the water.
